A question to other Pastors or ministry leaders out there. You can plan as many programs as you want, but the community wont grow if no one ever comes to them. Even simple things like BBQs and movie nights are completely useless if no one turns up.
How does one generate a culture of actually wanting to be together, when no one seems to want to be together?
